The PCV valve within the 2.0 TFSI engines commonly fail. It i is mostly due to the soft diaphragm which ends up splitting over time.
This usually results in exessive blowing into the intake manifold which leads to oil leaking, rough idling, fuel economy decline and boost loss
The most common symptons are:
Poor MPG, rough idle, boost loss, CEL, sluggish throttle performance and one of the most common is oil leaking from the oil cap, engine pay or PCV pipe work.
Our repair kit is extremely simplified. It will convert the system to a complete vacuum system only. The PCV system will be retaiuned and performance of the engine will be effected.
Our kit is made from solid billet aluminium and completely replaces the fragile OEM PCV system. Our kit will restore your perfomance and will actaully last the lifetime of the engine!
